Project Tech

Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys variety in your workday? We're looking for a Special Projects Tech to support our production operations and help maintain and improve our facility and grounds.  THis role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

As a key member of our Special Projects team, you'll work closely with the Special Projects Coordinator to:

• Operate forklifts, chipper machines, and stripping machines safely and efficiently.
• Transport ans secure recyclable materilas and supplies using company vehicles and trailers.
• Assist with fabrication, welding, and remodeling projects across the facility.
• Maintain and enhance property grounds - fencing, landscaping, trash removal, and more.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment like skid steers, excavators, and chippers.
• Support company events with setup and breakdown.
• Other projects as assigned.

What You Bring: 

• Experience with forklifts and heavy equipment (preferred but not required-we'll train the right candidate!)
• Basic knowledge of tools, machinery, and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
