Position Summary:

Supports the daily functions related to specific technical operations of the Play division.  Serves as technical liaison engineering and the business. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages daily workflow through operation to ensure maximum efficiency and meeting on-time results.
• Produces machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a machine
• Provide Operators with Technical Support/Training as needed to insure production success.
• Participates in engineering related activities.
• Communicates/troubleshoots/elevates operational concerns (equipment, capabilities, missing information) as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Technical Certificate preferred
• Able to display technical ability via work experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude with manufacturing processes experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, demonstrated initiative
• Experience with metal fabrication and welding
