Production Team Leader (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Job Type : Full-Time - On-Site (W-2 Hourly)

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM (45-minute lunch)

Pay : Starting at $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Top Metal Solutions LLC specializes in high-quality metal fabrication, including racks, structural components, CNC cutting, welding, and coating services. Based in Adkins, Texas, we are growing rapidly and take pride in building a strong team to support our manufacturing operations.

We are seeking a bilingual Production Team Leader to oversee day-to-day operations on our production lines. This role is ideal for experienced leaders who excel at coordinating teams, improving processes, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

•⁠ ⁠Lead, coordinate, and motivate a team of approximately 10-15 production employees (size may vary depending on production needs).

•⁠ ⁠Plan, assign, and schedule tasks to meet production goals and deadlines.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate daily activities with Maintenance, Quality, and Logistics to ensure smooth operations.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor and report KPIs such as productivity, scrap rates, and downtime.

•⁠ ⁠Implement and sustain Lean, 5S, and Kaizen practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

•⁠ ⁠Train and mentor operators on standard operating procedures and safety requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain a clean and organized production area and ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards.

•⁠ ⁠Authorization to work in the United States (valid work permit or status required).

•⁠ ⁠Bilingual English/Spanish required.

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience leading production lines in an industrial or metal fabrication environment.

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of Lean, 5S, or Kaizen methodologies preferred.

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

•⁠ ⁠Physical ability to stand for extended periods, move materials as needed, and use PPE as required.

•⁠ ⁠Standing and walking throughout the shift.

•⁠ ⁠Lifting and moving materials as needed to support production.

•⁠ ⁠Consistent use of PPE per OSHA standards.

•⁠ ⁠Starting pay: $25.00 per hour (W-2 employment).
