Production Helper – Welding & Painting Support (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Job Type : Full-Time - On-Site (W-2 Hourly)

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM (45-minute lunch)

Pay : Starting at $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a bilingual Production Helper to assist our welding and painting teams. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with at least one year of shop experience-or recent technical school graduates-who want to develop their skills and grow into specialized roles.

•⁠ ⁠Assist welders and painters with preparing, cleaning, and organizing parts for production and coating.

•⁠ ⁠Sand, grind, and clean surfaces as directed to ensure quality preparation.

•⁠ ⁠Use basic shop tools such as grinders, drills, paint guns, and MIG welding machines for simple tack welds or spot welds.

•⁠ ⁠Handle and move materials manually within the shop area.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and productivity.

•⁠ ⁠Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders promptly.

•⁠ ⁠Consistently use personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with OSHA safety standards.

•⁠ ⁠Authorization to work in the United States (valid work permit or status required).

•⁠ ⁠Bilingual English/Spanish required.

•⁠ ⁠Minimum of one year of shop experience (or recent graduate of a technical program).

•⁠ ⁠Ability to safely use basic shop tools (grinders, drills, paint guns, MIG machines for basic welds).

•⁠ ⁠Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in environments with heat, dust, or noise.

•⁠ ⁠Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.

•⁠ ⁠Regular lifting, bending, and manual handling of materials.

•⁠ ⁠Standing and walking throughout the shift.

•⁠ ⁠Consistent use of PPE as required by OSHA standards.

•⁠ ⁠Starting pay: $18.00 per hour (W-2 employment).
