About the Role
We're looking for a Maintenance Technician who can also assist with local deliveries and pickups. This is a hybrid position-50% focused on equipment maintenance and 50% on driving responsibilities. No two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
-Maintenance Duties (Approx. 50% of time):
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on:
• MIG welders (Millermatic)
• Laser and plasma cutting tables
• Router, mill, press brake
• Bandsaws, chop saws, grinders
• Powder coating systems, blaster, oven
• Air compressors and building infrastructure
-Keep forklifts, trailers, and company trucks in top shape
-Complete daily checklists and report issues proactively
Driving Duties (Approx. 2-3 days/week):
• Operate a Ford F250 with an 18-20 ft. trailer
• Safely load, strap, and unload heavy materials
• Perform local deliveries and pickups (San Antonio area)
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, inspections, and documentation
What We're Looking For
• Experience in industrial or mechanical maintenance
• Valid driver's license (CDL not required but a plus)
• Experience hauling trailers or heavy loads is a strong plus
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely
• Good attitude, self-starter, reliable and organized
