Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM (45-minute lunch)
Pay : $16.00 per hour

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and bilingual General Helper to support daily operations across production and warehouse areas. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals eager to learn new skills, grow within the company, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with basic shop and warehouse tasks, including sweeping, cleaning, and organizing work areas.
• Move and handle materials, parts, and finished products safely.
• Support welders, painters, and other production staff as needed.
• Help prepare and clean parts for production or painting.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders promptly.
• Adhere to OSHA safety standards and consistently use personal protective equipment (PPE).
Required Qualifications
• Authorization to work in the United States (valid work permit or status required).
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in environments with heat, dust, or noise.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills for future advancement opportunities.
Physical Requirements
• Regular lifting, bending, and moving materials.
• Standing and walking throughout the shift.
• Use of PPE as required by OSHA and company standards.
