Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled MIG Welders for projects located in and around Green Bay, WI. This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate of up to $35/hour based on experience & skill level plus $100/per diem for travelers of 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:
- MIG/TIG welding aluminum electrical cabinets for Navy aircraft fighter ships
- Fabrication on 1/16 aluminum & stainless steel to 1/2 thick
- GTAW & GMAW welding
- Identify non-conformances during inspection of component parts
- Accurately read weld symbols
- Ensure precise & accurate welding
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have MIG/TIG Welding Certificate
- Fabrication Experience
- GTAW & GMAW Welding Abilities
- Must have strong Mathematical Skills & Ability to Accurately Read Weld Symbols
- Must pass Weld Test
- Ability to Read Work Orders, Blueprints, Instructions, Formulas and/or Processing Charts
