This role is full-time and hourly, with the opportunity for steady overtime...and thanks to the Big Beautiful Bill, your overtime pay is now tax-free. That means more of what you earn, stays yours.

This job is hands-on, physical, and outdoors. You'll work on lifts, rooftops, ladders, and trucks. You'll install cool signs, fix busted lights, chase down outages, and make sure our customers stay visible and vibrant. Every job is different. Every day matters. And your work literally shapes the skyline.

What You'll Actually Do

• Install and service illuminated and non-illuminated signs and lighting
• Read drawings, review job specs, and follow codes to get it right the first time
• Load your truck with tools, materials, and equipment to minimize return trips
• Communicate clearly with the office, your crew, and the customer
• Use checklists, document your work, and take pride in a job well done

We're not looking for someone who just wants to punch a clock. We're building the next generation of licensed Journeyman Sign Electricians and Commercial Drivers who want more. Every Sign Tech is put on a Training Path to grow skills, learn the trade, and eventually earn the licenses that open the door to bigger pay, more complex projects, and leadership roles.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a reliable work ethic
• Comfortable with heights, ladders, and physical labor
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as a team
• MIG welding experience, electrical knowledge, and a CDL are all a plus, but not required
