Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Industrial Painter with experience in wet paint and powder coating processes to join our production team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience preparing metal parts, applying coatings, maintaining finish quality, and working efficiently in a manufacturing environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for stable full-time work with a 4-day schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare metal parts for painting or coating by cleaning, sanding, masking, and staging materials.

Apply wet paint and powder coating using spray equipment.

Ensure proper coverage, finish consistency, and coating quality.

Inspect painted parts for defects, touch-ups, and final appearance.

Operate and maintain paint guns, powder equipment, and related tools.

Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards.

Maintain a clean and organized paint area.

Follow all safety procedures and required PPE standards.

Support production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

Experience with industrial wet paint and/or powder coating required.

Experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing preferred.

Ability to use spray guns and coating equipment safely.

Strong attention to detail and finish quality.

Ability to lift parts, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

English and Spanish preferred.

Reliable transportation and strong attendance required.
